Musescore 4 and Steelseres GG sonar compability issue

Hi.
I recently got a new headset, the Steelseries Arctis nova 7 wireless. Because of this I downloaded the Steelseries GG Sonar software, and since then my Musescore 4 audio has been absolutely horrible. It only affects the software, not the website. I've read about this issue in other forum posts dating all the way back to december 2022 so I'm far from the only one having issues with these particular programs. Though, I've never encountered a crash like other people seem to have. My only issue is the playback. Is there any way to configure the programs to run them simultaneously?

Also, anyone know how to upload a recording here so y'all can hear what it sounds like? It doesn't accept mp4 files.
