How to convert music sheet to guitar tab

hi I downloaded Musescore two days ago (version 4), and loaded one PDF file successfully, however, I wanted to convert it to the guitar tab, so I went to "Edit", I couldn't find "instruments", so I didn't know how to do, then I found out version 3 from Microsoft store, after installed it, and I could find the "instruments", but I couldn't find those tab options after I click "Standard" after Staff 1.

Did I do anything wrong? How can I get what I need? Please help.
