How do I create a many pause? if I fx have 8 bars of pause. Instead of 8 bars showing a holenote pause each bar I want one bar showing 8 bars pause. ?? I hope you undertand what I mean. Not easy to explain.

It is simple. What you want is "multimeasure rest" Mark the bars and press "m". That is all i takes
