Staff text jumping uncontrollably
When moving a staff text ("Break down - loop" in example) it will jump to the top or bottom of the page, when "colliding" with another element in the score)
Both with and without snap to grid and Auto place.
I have diagnostics file, but it was too big to attach here...

That looks like a bug. I would, however, recommend that you use the arrow keys for positioning staff text. Press
Ctrlat the same time for larger adjustments. Use copy and paste to move the text between staves.
