"crescendo dal niente" or "decrescendo al niente"

An other request for modern music it's to have a "o" at end of hairpin. Very used in modern score. Take a look at joined image.

Hello,
Add feature circled tip for hairpin. named "crescendo dal niente" or "decrescendo al niente". these hairpin are present in modern music and lilypond have it. Added "Circled tip" in hairpin inspector too.
