How re-enable the prompt "chose to automatic substitute to new fonts" ?

After update to version 3, there was a popup window asking if I want to convert older score files to a new font.
I agreed, but by mistake set the checkbox: "never ask again".
1) How to get it back?
2) Is seems that the original Font in earlier scores was easier to read. Is it true that the new font is smaller?
