Beam direction for two notes
For beams between two notes:
* The note furthest from the middle staff line determines the stem direction.
* If both notes are equal distance from the middle staff line then the stems should point down by default.
Attached is a test file that shows the actual stem direction for beamed pairs in MuseScore (top) and the expected stem direction for beamed pairs (bottom)

Actually a sub-case of #13036: Beam direction for three or more notes
#5251: stem direction marked as a duplicate of this bug.
fixed in current version (r5545)
The beams behave as expected when the one note is further from the center line than the other.
However, if the notes are equal distance from the center line, then the stems should point down. (Currently they point up in nightly build r. 5592, Windows 7)
