1) Create new score
2)Select Instruments (Tested on MuseSounds Violin 1 and Muse Basic Brightness Synthesizer
3) Select Notes
4)Go to Properties->Articulation
5)Add Bend
6) Hit Play (Notes/Chords will not play with the bend functionality

I'm having the same issue. Strangely, the bends still work on MS3 but not in MS4.
For Information: I'm using Mackbook Pro with M1 chip. Ventura OS 13.0.1
I'm also having this issue. The electric bass won't bend for me in playback.

Same issue, not playing bends. They work fine in M3.

Having the exact same issue and I write primarly guitar based music. The bend editor was a big reason I prefer musescore over the fiddliness of sibelius guitar solo writing
Version 4.5.1.2.25 etc. etc.
Was working (guitar bending) intermittently in 4.4 and NOT AT ALL in 4.5!!! Just because Marc S. doesn't use it does not mean it ain't IMPORTANT to many of us! GET A GRIP!
This issue tracker has been discontinued a long time ago.
The github oissue had been fixed long ago too, as far as I can tell for 4.2
If the latest version again has an issue, you'd need to report it on GitHub, after having checked whether it is reported there already
