One of my pieces corrupting

So, I've been working pretty hard on a piece, written for a bunch of percussion, some woodwinds, strings, brass, etc. And all of a sudden, MuseScore crashed, the piece then "could not be read," and thus left me without it, is there anyway I could restore it? I don't have a pdf, all I have is an mp3 of the unfinished product. Anything helps! (The piece is called "A Broken Promise")
