What I mean:
The tremolo plays
F# D F# D F# D F# D F# D F# D F# D F# D (all demisemiquavers)
↑ and I want the marcato on this note

The you'll have to write it out (on a separate staff for example) as I've just looked at the Piano Roll Editor and it only gives you access to the velocity of the two base note components, not every generated event.

I think this is worthy of a suggestion in the issue tracker. An articulation on the first note of a two note tremolo is obviously only meant for the first played note.
