I've used Bad-in-a-Box to create basic themes, mainly because of the rithnic session, not the harmony. By selecting BB styles you can experiment with many different rithms. Then export with MIDI format (I suppose it could be musicXML, but I haven't tried that) and import to MuseScore. From there on, tweak with the result to get what you want.
BIB 2021 has a DAW plugin utility that can be loaded into VST-capable DAWs. It may be possible to add this to future versions of MS when VST is enabled.
