Drive playback with sensor

Hello,

I searched a bit but maybe not the good keywords.

I would like to drive musescore playback like a barrel organ.

It gives me the rotating speed of my mecanism by bluetooth.

And i would like to use this data to drive musescore playback speed.
I find the speed increase/decrease shortcuts which seems a good solution.
I succeed to change the speed step in advanced settings.

Is it possible to set also the minimum speed to be able to stop if too low speed and the best will be to be able to have a negative speed for quick come back to do ornaments ?
Edit: If no negative speed, Maybe i can use play/pause shortcuts instead for that?
