Merging Bass Drum and Snare Drum on one line
I want to know if there is a feature to merge both snare drum and bass drum on a percussion 1 line staff. I attached an image below showing what i meant. Below the line, there are notes for a bass drum. Towards the top, there's notes for a snare drum. Also, this isnt on a drum set. another thing is, the voice method has not worked for me.

Add a drumset and edit its definition to your liking (snare & bass drum note position and voices).
You can copy-paste your existing notes in there, select them by pitch (using Select > More...) and then use the up/down arrow keys to make them cycle through the available defined notes of the drumset definition.

I know this is an older post, and at the risk of looking like an idiot, I can paste the snare drum line into the drum set, but when I copy the bass drum line and paste it, it overwrites the snare drum I just pasted.
What am I missing?

Depending on from what you are copying (different scores, different voices)...
Whatever you first paste into voice 1, you may have to (temporarily) move to a different voice, then paste something else, then use Tools > Voices > Exchange to re-arrange, if needed.
