What are you trying to fix. Wrong note? Do you want a triplet instead? Sorry, hard to tell with just a arrow.

Thanks for following up.
It is very wide, with notes spread out. Needs to be reformatted.

Seems like you probably dragged something way out of position, and MuseScore it dutifully adding space for it. You'll need to reset whatever adjustment you made to whatever element you dragged. If you need help, attach the actual score and then we can understand and assist better.

That makes sense. The learning curve on this is somewhat heavy. I'm sure that it happened sometime when I was editing somewhere. But all that said, I have no idea when or how it happened, and I have no idea what it was, no way to 'undo it'.
I had taken a look at some competitors to this program, and there was a way to have the program automatically re-space it all after finishing to clean it up. I thought maybe there was a way to do that in this one.
So, I just deleted the notes on that measure, and it straightened up. I'll go back and figure out if/what I need to re-add.
Thanks for the input everyone.
In future posts I'll attach a file.

Normally there is no need to “respace” anything in MuseScore - it all happens automatically. What happened here when you dragged something is that you told MuseScore you don’t want the usual default spacing (which would have been correct) but instead want your own custom spacing that you specified via dragging. MuseScore certainly has commands to reset manual overrides you have made - Ctrl+R, the reset buttons in the Inspector and in the Style dialog, etc.
