Modified playback of trombone glissandi
I very much appreciate the new playback of scoops and falls in Musescore 4. With that, I would love to be able to hear a true trombone glissando in playback. Right now it just plays all of the chromatic tones between each of the notes, but I want to hear it back smeary. It would be extra cool if it would break the glissando at natural breaks in the harmonic series to replicate how it would actually sound.

Did you change the playback style for the glissando to "portamento" (as is possible in 3.6 already)?

No way thanks!
I thought I responded to this already but apparently not. Anyhow, as mentioned, portamento has long been possible already. Using the default soundfont in MU3 or MU4, it sounds, well, obviously computer-generated. Using Muse Sounds, this doesn't seem supported yet for glissando, but FWIW, falls and other bends sound pretty convincing. More control over the rate and amount of bend would be welcome though.
