Three feel
I'm trying to create a score with three sets of two eight notes to add up to three beats. However, under the three sets of eight notes, I want to add a bracket with a 3 in the center so that it is played over two beats. Mind you, it is not a straight triplet feel, nor are the eight notes placed in a grouping of three. I'm not exactly sure what this is called, but I've included an example of it from another score. Anyway, I can't figure out how to do it in Musescore 4. Any ideas? See attached example
Thank you for your help. I'm a newbie at this.

You haven't attached anything.
I guess this file did not attach on the first try. So here we go.

That's 3 quarters in the time of 2.
Set the 2nd half note to 2 quarters, select them both and press ctrl 3.
You will get 3 quarters in the time of 2. Add your 1/8 notes.

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand this answer. If I change the half note to two quarters, I get two sets of either note triplets. I must be doing something incorrectly.
