Fit toolbars on one line

Is there a way to move the Note Input toolbar to the same line as the Playback toolbar in Musescore 4? I have a lot of the elements hidden, so the toolbar seems like it should be small enough to fit in the empty space of the row above, but I'm not able to put it there by clicking and dragging.
