In MU4 trills don't carry across bar lines for tied notes
I think this is a problem. I have a fast moving score, and the trill at the end stops at the bar line even thought the note carries over the barline and is tied.
I had to slow the tempo down to be sure that what I heard - or didn't hear - was correct.
I tried using different forms for the trill, but so far all have the same issue.
Is this a known problem?

Did you extend the trill line to include the tied note?

Yes - I tried most obvious combinations. Have you found one which works? I will check again though.

All I can say is that I created a test flute score. 4/4 time. I tied two whole notes. I put a trill on the first whole note. Not just "tr". The one with "tr" and the wiggly line after it. Select the line and use the right box to extend the line to cover the second whole note. Playback played the trill for both notes.
Yes, this is a known issue - see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/14576. Workaround is to delete the tie.
