Score Stave Numbers
Hey, i’ve been wanting to make my scores as professional as possible and one way I could do so is if you add a way to add numbers indicating how many parts are on a stave. I don’t really know how to explain it.
Hopefully this helps you understand. Here is an example of what I mean. ⬇️

It's not possible to get the exact vertical placement you want, because either the instrument names or the numerals (1, 2) need to be offset halfway between the line's usual vertical position.
See the options below using three lines (Long instrument name) and two lines (Short instrument name):

> It's not possible to get the exact vertical placement you want,
It is. It can be done a bit better than in your example:
The dots and comma I used show that some spaces need to be used after the instrument name for better alignment.
The half offset can be achieved by changing the line spacing in the text styles of the long and short instrument names to a smaller value, here 0.4li.
This workaround was posted in the last weeks/months by s.o.
