MuseScore 2.1
Hello, I had musescore 2.1, I was working with it until two weeks ago I accidentally pulled a cable from my computer and the internet was interrupted. I fixed this little mistake in 5 minutes, but since then MuseScore 2 has no sound, it works but without sound, what could it be?

I would try "reset to factory settings", but first I would recommend an update. If you don't want 4.1, you should go with 3.6.2.

I just installed 3.62 - it works fine, and I also installed 4.1, it works but it doesn't sound - the sound is bad
How is "reset to factory settings"?
I should use 2. 1 because I have work there
