This file opens fine for me. I'm on OS: Linux Mint 21.2, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.1-232071203, revision: e4d1ddf

My OS is Win10 64-bit, dont open, and it donty understand why couldnt open on a Os basic.

I'm on Windows 10, MuseScore version 4.1.1
Your file (apparently from MuseScore 3) opens fine for me in both MuseScore 3 and MuseScore 4.
I have saved it in MuseScore 4. See if this works for you.

That was great! Now it works perfect! Thank you so much. But I have a question:
I noticed that the problem was the Flute Piccolo. I saved Piccolo's part from his file and tried pasting it into a new sheet music for the same piece, but then it wouldn't open. Just try to paste it, the program crashes and closes.
What problems happen?

Difficult to say without you providing exact step-by-step instructions to create said crash.
If you are pasting into a new sheet music, be careful of triplets being broken across barlines.
Also pasting from a score with changing time signatures into a new score can sometimes be problematic.
