Old linux version?
My students Installed Linux version on their Chromebooks.
The downloaded file indicates its version 4 (in the file name) but the installed version is 2.3.2. ? Is this the latest or can they upgrade?

We downloaded the appimage version from the download page where you can choose from Win, Mac and Linux.
The downloaded file had 4.1.1 in its file name. However the installed version was 2.3.2. Is this not the correct way?

Maybe this video helps? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33HxR7GM310
Thinking it somehow auto installed an older version. I believe (and the video seems to confirm) that with the appimage, there is no need to install. Just mark the appimage executable and run it.
MuseScore files might be linked to the old MS 2.3.2 application. I don't know how to proper link them to the latest MS version.
