Is this a bug or something I have to download? (4.3)
So I just downloaded Musescore 4.3 and I wanted to try out the new staff text system, but every instrument I put the staff text on says that there's not any available sound flag options for it, which is strange because the strings are supposed to have a no vibrato option and many other expression markings. Do I have to download anything for this to change or is this a bug?

Diagnostic -> muse sampler -> check muse sampler. It should be on 0.6. If it isn’t, use “check for update” to get it there.

It's odd, it says I'm on version 0.5.0, but it also says I'm up to date on updates. Is there any way to fix this?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling muse hub. I never really learned how to update muse sampler, it was always just updated 😂

I tried that but every time I open Muse hub, it has a notification that says I’m unable to download the muse sampler, without telling me how to fix it. :(

Click the gear icon in muse hub. At the bottom of the page you will see a button to uninstall. Click this and then reinstall from musehub.com.

I went to settings, uninstalled Muse Hub, reinstalled it through the Muse Hub website, allowed it to make changes on my pc, and when it opens, the notifications automatically pop up on the screen. I don't know what I did or how to fix it :_(

I looked everywhere for the System32 thing but I couldn't find it, I really don't know what to do... I think it's hopeless

Oml, I almost had it! Everything said 4.3 but my muse sampler still says 0.5.0! 😭

I've finally fixed it! I had to go into System32 and delete the MuseSampler file. Which I believe you told me to do, but I guess I wasn't looking hard enough lol. Thank you for your help!
