Which space do You mean, between staves within system, or between systems?

The space between the stave in the system.

So in picture, there is a space between systems.
I think, You can add spacer to the bottom staff and enlarge it.

You cannot simply "remove space", just arrange it, where you want it.
Or you can. Append more measures - more music, less space.

See the attached. I want to get all of the scores on one page, so I wish to remove the pages between systems.

How "big" notes are, You can set in Format -> Page setting -> Scale
Space abowe (and below) lyrics You can reduce in Format -> Style -> Lyrics -> Min. margin to current / other staff.
