Muse Sounds flute does not play b
In Muse Sounds library, neither Flute1 nor Flute2 plays note b (lowest note of the instrument) in playback, not even when clicked. Seems to occur for more users (https://musescore.org/en/node/342718).

That's because the lowest note on any soprano flute I know of, is C. Alto flutes ply lower.

modern flutes are iether c or b foot joint. although there are more c flutes b flutes are not rare.

That is not true. Most of decent flutes have so called b-foot and can play up to b. For example take a look here at Pearl flutes: https://www.pearlflutes.de/Flutes, 8 out of 15 of their professional series flutes can play b.
Anyway, even if not all flutes can play that tone, why to be more restrictive and not include the tone playback for those, who CAN play it?

The other way to look at it is why write a note not all players can play.

You can't be serious... By the same logic you can limit the playback to one octave, because "some" second-grade pupils can't just play more 😆 My flute (which is pretty standard model) can play b, so I expect MuseFonts to have the playback for b implemented.
Anyway this problem apparently affects most of the instruments and many people complained, so the fix is imminent.

And my flute can not. I'm not saying the range shouldn't be extended.
