Check this: https://musescore.org/en/node/357423. The transpose function doesn't change the tuning but the key of the piece.

Only when the entire score is completed will you be able to select everything and change the Tuning in Playback (see attachment).

I forgot you can select eveything, ahaha. Sorry, I actually tried and it works well. In the tuning value you have to write -101,27, this is the difference of cents between 440 Hz and 415 Hz.
