Update: Only seems to do it with THAT particular file.

Fixed. I was trying to delete a piano part from an old score. I tried changing a bunch of things. For some reason my page format settings were weird, maybe something I was trying back then. I reset it to default and now it doesn't crash when I delete the piano part. So maybe that was the answer.
