Looking for plugins that can automatically separate different articulations in a track to different track
As a composer writing medium to large orchestral compositions, I really like the Musescore workflow, but I still need to import my Musescore compositions into my DAW via MIDI File. This is a tedious and error-prone process where I need to separate different articulations into different tracks.
I'd like to have a plugin that can separate the different articulations in the full score or selected tracks into different tracks. Is this possible?
Thanks a lot!

You want a plugin to place all the staccato notes in one staff and all the marcato and accento and tenuto notes in another for each? What about notes that are (for example) both staccato and marcato? And presumably notes that don't have any articulation on them in still another staff?
Or have I misunderstood you altogether?

Ths for the reply!
Yes, I think that is what I want.
In some VST instruments, marcato, and both staccato and marcato, need their own track. Of course notes that don't have any articulation needs a separate track in DAW.

Are there any plugins can do this?

What you ask for is impossible (or at least complex to implement) I fear. The most reasonable way could be to create a plugin that identifies the different types of articulation by associating them with the 'CHORD' element they refer to. At this point the user should be able to select both the notes with that specific articulation and the notes without that articulation. The user could then manually create the tracks with the separate articulations with copy & paste. What remains is to find a volunteer who has the time, the desire and the interest to write this plugin.

Yeah, you made a point, I might try to do that by myself, but should learn qt first.

My experience tells me that this is completely possible. But this is a new development requirement and there are no ready-made plugins available.

Noted, thanks!
I wonder if there is any user ever use DAW or software instrument VSTs, integrated with MuseScore. They will find it is so difficult to handle different articulation from midi file in the DAW.
