slowing down end of piece
i am trying to slow down the end of my composition with a rit. In youtube videos it says to go into plugins and press tempo changes but i don't have that option. Is there another way to do it?

If, as your score suggests you are using version 3, You can do it by manually adding tempo changes.

Your score says it was last saved in version 3.3.4 which is ancient. At least update to the last official V3 which is 3.6.2, available here https://musescore.org/en/download#Older-and-unsupported-versions
or better still, upgrade to the current version 4.5.1, available further up that page, here https://musescore.org/en/download
