Purchased Muse sounds on Musehub!

Purchased Muse sounds on Musehub does not appear in the Musecore Studio mixer. It has happened before and a simple restart of the computer usually solves the problem but now it doesn't. I shouldn't have to buy them again, should I?
It's like there's no connection anymore between Musecore Studio and Muse Hub. Anyone who has experinceed the same issue?

  1. What do you read in the menu Help / Diagnostics / Muse Sampler / Check Muse Sampler?
  2. Are you connected to Muse Hub?If you are not, do so by choosing "Continue with Google", because for several months now, the connection with a personal (other) e-mail has not worked - it's a bug (you don't receive the verification code).
    Please note that you must already have an e-mail address linked to your Google account, otherwise you'll need to create one.
