How do I write a A clarinet staff with 5 sharps (B Major)?
Hi, Everybody!
I need to transcribe a part of a piece (atached file). The concert key is Ab. Musescore transposes the clarinet part to Cb (seven flats) but the original is writen in the key of B major (5 sharps). Any workaround?

Not so simple. There is the transposition issue.
Select the staff and transpose it down a major second (Transposed pitch of B) the transpose it back up a major second. When transposing make sure to use "By interval" and check Transpose key signature. Transposing it down to a key with sharps then back up to the original key forces it to be displayed in the sharp key signature.
