triplet drum problem
Can someone tell what i am doing wrong? I attached a youtube video screenshot. the problem happens @1:20.
I need the triplets separated and an 8th rest in the middle, When I go to the second measure the problems start.

The problem is you have set the first note of the system to "beam middle" and MuseScore is dutifully trying to connect it to the previous measure, but can't do so because it's on a different system (a known limitation/bug). Solution is to simply not do that - don't try to set the first note of a system to "beam middle".

Thank you Marc, So write the drum notes without connecting the 1st and last part of each triplet is my only option sounds like.

Not at all! Just select the rest and set it to beam middle - no need to touch the notes at all.
