Special recovery

Good evening, I ask you my worries. I have a score all that is normal except for a moment, I have a first recovery and a second recovery after and only after the bar recovery. How to play this passage? to play that 1, start again and skip the 1? or play the two and the second only two? to watch on my partiton it is to measure 8 and 9. I would like to know how to play this passage.

This score is not written properly. The first ending should have a repeat barline at the end of it; the second ending should not. Delete the repeat barline from bar 9 and add one to bar 8 and all should be well.
