Trial doesn't appear to have started
Hi,
I signed up for the free trial of Musescore, I setup the recurring payment via PayPal, however, after the payment was setup, PayPal returned me to a 404 on the musescore website. I received a confirmation email from both PayPal and musescore however, when I try to access any of the Pro features (such as generating a pdf from a discover score), it asks me to sign up to pro (but I have...). Any suggestions??

I did.... They don't appear to be very quick at replying (assuming they will of course). :(

They normally do respond. They have been dealing with a server failure so that might be slowing them down some. They do monitor these forums also, so you can expect them to contact you sometime soon. I would give them until Monday since it's the weekend right now. The MuseScore staff is rather small. Most everyone on the forums here are volunteers and users like you.

Hi Steven, as I noticed your message here, I pinged the support team and they are working on your issue right now. You should have your Pro trial running right now, but we are still working to detect the root cause of the issue. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy your Pro account and apologies for the hiccup.
