Key signature is 6/4, but score seemingly plays in tempo of 2 beats. ?
Since I updated Musescore to the latest, and on a specific score (haven't encountered this issue in any of my others), I have a specific tempo on the score which is >attached below<.
Yet even though the tempo is the correct SPEED, the piece is played as if it were being played 1-2, 1-2, 1-2. ect.
You need to open the file and listen, because words can't explain what I mean proper, also I highly recommend playing from the 4TH PAGE - 3RD BARLINE - as what I am talking about is most evident there.
I just want the tempo to be strict and the score not to be played 2 notes at a time, in a 1-2, 1-2 beat - emphasis on the 2nd beat, and on quaver notes.

You hid the problem very well. Your subtitle "Vorspiel." is a system text that has swing turned on. Right click it and look at the system text properties then click the Swing Settings tab and you will see that swing is turned on. Turn Swing of and uncheck the swing box.

When you described the problem I immediately thought you had swing turned on. It was a matter of figuring out where that happened.
I'm curious why you didn't use the menu Add->Text->title & Subtitle to add the title & subtitle rather than using system text. You can change their formats like any other text and they will remain centered on the page.

Because I wanted the first page to have just the first image of the original manuscript to the score I had re-created.
And having a title / subtitle only displays on the first page, but I wanted it above the actual score, not the image.

You can place vertical frames anywhere you like, and add subtitles to them. So, insert your image to the first frame, add a page break to that, then create a second frame after that on the next page and add your title / subtitle there.

I guess that can work, there's still plenty for me to learn in Musescore, even knowing quite a bit already.
