Tablature: modifying an existing note on the tab doesn't play the pitch
Duplicate? I hope not, couldn't find any.
When I modify an existing note on the regular staff, I can hear the pitch of the note newly entered.
When I modify an existing note on the tablature staff, the pitch is not heard.
For example
- Create a now score based on the Guitar+Tablature template.
- click on the treble staff and enter the Note input mode (N)
- enter 4 notes, for example d, f, a, c. We hear the pitch of each entered notes.
- go back to the 'a' with twice the Left key
- replace the 'a' with a 'e' for example. We hear the 'e'.
Now on the tablature staff
- click on the next empty bar of the tablature staff and enter the Note input mode (N)
- enter 4 notes, for example d, Right-Key, f, Right-Key, a, Right-Key, c, Right-Key. We hear the pitch of each entered notes.
- go back to the 'a' with twice the Left key
- replace the 'a' with a 'e' for example. We don't hear the 'e'.
(In this example, I've entered the notes with the names but it's the same thing if you enter them with the fret-numbers)
Thanks! (win7 - v2.0)

This seems fixed in MS 2.2.
Indeed, I can't reproduce wither, probably fixed years ago. Reopen with sample score and steps to reproduce if this is still a problem in some case.

In fact, fixed here, just before the 2.2 release : https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/commit/b95897e798cfdfdf891abfc3e…
