Halving note values
Every once in a while I find myself copying over something I have already written out, but using a different time signature—for instance writing something in 3/2 and then in 3/4. It would be great to have a feature that allowed you to half or double the value of all the notes so that one wouldn't have to copy over the same music but with different time values. Here's an example of what I am talking about.

There is a half time plugin that will do this. There is also a doubletime plugin that does the opposite.

Losing beam properties is quite logical when you change duration…
The "problem" is that those plugins not so much change the duration of the existing note entry, rather than input new notes with the new duration; effectively overwriting whatever was there before.
Lyrics specifically are quite easily pasted back, but for other elements this can indeed become a tedious job.

The problem I found was that the note values in the new versions were incorrectly spaced and incorrectly played back. A good start, but clearly more work is needed to iron out the bugs.
