Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra sf2 Soundfont Problem
This soundfont works great on my computer, but every time when I save it online, the soundfont gets twisted around so that the violins sound like harpsichords and things like that. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

If you are using a different SoundFont than the default one and if you are able to export MP3 files, a checkbox Upload score audio will be visible
HTH
(p.s.: but it seems like you already know that)

Let me try one more time. Thanks!

I tried once again and it didn't work. By the word "default" does it mean the default soundfont that comes with MuseScore or does it mean after you have made that specific soundfont default on your own computer? The strange thing about all of this is that I was able to upload my first two pieces using this soundfont and they sound just fine, but anytime I try another one the whole thing goes wacko.

Default is General.sf3.
So use your preferred soundfont;
Open the synthesizer, save to Score;
File/Save online-> put the tick to Upload score audio

Okay. I'll trying that right now.

That didn't work. It still is making the second violins sound like electric guitars and the cellos sound like tubular bells. Thank you anyway. Anymore suggestions? I'm thinking about resting everything. I tried it once before but it didn't do anything. But somehow I believe that is the only option left.

I have a stupid question. Does it sound right when you play it on your own computer before you upload it?

There is no such thing as a stupid question if you don't know something. Yes, it sounds right on my computer before and after I upload. It is just on the internet that it sounds strange.

If you are properly checking the "Upload score audio," and you are still using version 2.3.2, then the only place the problem can be is on the website.
I just tried to play several scores of mine with custom audio from before the upgrade to version 3 on the website and it seemed to freeze. The score I uploaded without custom audio works fine.
P.S. I agree there is no such thing as a stupid question. Overlooking such an obvious thing would have made me feel stupid, though I know I'm not.

Thank you! I will upgrade as soon as possible. God Bless, C. E. J.

I don't advise you to put everything into version 3 yet, but testing, including uploading scores it is definitely good. I believe the problem is on the website, not with the program.

You're right. Do you know who I should report this problem too?
