Attached screenshot, measure 65. Cannot delete clefs, except the one in the upper piano bar.
After close and reopen of the score, the clefs that could not be removed are gone.

By opening your score, I cannot see something particular measure 65 - image below.
Maybe related to this thread (yours) ? : #280618: Deleting all clef changes introduces new clefs, that cannot be removed
(check with "Clef changes" in MIDI import panel)
I downloaded this score but I could not see the extra clefs.
I suggest you make sure you have the latest upgrade. If you do, then go to the beginning of the score, change the clefs of the upper three staves to bass clefs, and then change them back and see what happens. If nothing happens, get closer to the bad clefs as you can, changing the clef of the bar before. If you are updated, and this is still happening, I think your score might be corrupted. You should maybe re-enter it in a new file.
My version is OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.2.5315, revision: a8b90a8

@cadiz1: Might very well be related, in fact I suspect it is. FYI: "Clef changes" I had disabled in the import panel. I could reproduce the issue at will as long as the score was loaded, but after closing it was gone. No explanation, sorry.

@BFI221: Sorry, as I explained in another post I will not do that. I report problems and can answer brief questions, but no lengthy experiments.
If the score is corrupted, I think MS should detect that and offer to repair, possibly losing some information. But I do not think it is. I have seen similar behaviour several times in the past. So if there is corruption, it was caused by MS itself. The fact that the problem is gone after close and reload, rather points to a problem in the display code, I would think.

From what I see so far, there is no corruption here. I think it would be more useful to attach the source file itself, i.e. the MIDI file.
@cadiz1: Sorry, didn't get that is what you meant with source file... here comes...

Thanks. As said previously, I unchecked "Clef changes" in MIDI import panel -> Apply -> and save after that. Do you observe the same behaviour now? 12-Ahay-Tuburan-Fmin.mscz

Upon import, I see clef changes in measures 62 and 64, upper piano bar. When I do as you ask, they disappear, as they should.
No further observations, nor explanation of what went wrong earlier.
