What was the name of your backup file?
Do you have auto save turned on?

Hello. Thanks for your fast answer: the name of the file that crashed was “Antigone 1”. The name of the auto-saved file (that is empty is “screvUfM.mscz”

Use the info in https://musescore.org/en/node/52116 to see if you can find your invisible
.antigone 1.mscz,
file
It will have the last successfully saved version in it.

Sorry you lost your last session, but it's better than losing everything. I'm guessing the auto save (SC*.mscz) file has to be the correct one because it was the only file you had open at the crash.

What is the “the auto save (SC*.mscz)”?

The one you mentioned earlier called "screvUfM.mscz" I didn't remember the exact name, but they always start sc and end .mscz, the * means anything.
