HELP: Easy switch from Slow 6/8 to 3/4???

Writing a Marching Band Ballad. it was originally in a slow 6/8 Dotted Quarted = 50. That just made it hard for students to read. My Project now is to make it in 3/4 Quarter = ~150.
Essentially every 1 bar of 6/8 becomes 2 bars of 3/4 and all the rhythms lose a beam/become 1 division longer.
I'm hoping there's a tool or button I'm missing to do this as easily as copy and pasting, Instead of re-entering everything I've already written like I did in the example.
