Tempo Change plugin
How do I get the tempo change plugin for MuseScore3?
I have looked at other forum posts to try and figure it out but can't seem to get it to work.

Download the file in the version 3 section of https://musescore.org/en/project/tempochanges and read https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/plugins for instructions on installing it if needed.

What happens? Does it show up in the list in "Plugin Manager?" Did you check the checkbox for it there? Did you press "Reload Plugins?" What happens?

Do WHAT? Did you put the plugin TempoChange.qml in the Plugin folder/directory? Do you see it in the list presented by Plugins > Plugin Manager?

Yayyyyyy! It's really cool (but I'm prejudiced....) Make sure you select a region far back enough from the place you want to ritardando to, and experiment with different "percents"!

The code file that you download is .qml No other files are involved.

Thank you, that's hopefully going to sort it out.
So I've placed the .qml file in the correct folder as I can see the plugin when I open the Plugin Manager, but when I click on it, I see the plugin window open for a split second before closing; I can't get the plugin dialogue to stay open. Anyone have any suggestions/fixes?

Have you selected a range of notes to which you wish to apply the accelerando/decelerando before calling the plugin?

Are you running it via a shortcut or a menu-item?
I have the same problem: my Tempo Change plugin appears on list and on menu, i select notes then press 'Tempo Change' in menu and NOTHING HAPPENS.
Help me please.

'ABC Import' opens when he wants (?)
Im now updating the program and lets see what happen.

Although I doubt that the OP is still looking for this 2 years after his/her initial post..
I cannot find the plugin. It seems to be circular. I click on a link for plugin repository and it takes me back to where I was previously.

You should click on the zip-file link to the MuseScore3 version.
