the keyboard shortcuts suddenly stopped working
what happened? i tried reverting to original factory settings to no avail. it's a real bummer :)

If factory reset didn't fix the problem then it sounds like a keyboard problem.

hi Mike , the factory reset indeed did not fix the problem. never the less the shortcuts worked again for a while and then stopped again,it is a mystery to me , should i check something in the control panel of the pc?

What kind of computer are you on? I suspect a Mac.

actually i use a dell pc. i installed the updates to windows, and so far it seems ok . thanks!

I believe a picture of your screen if shortcuts stop working again might be useful. If it happens again attach a pic and tell us specifically a couple of things you cannot do.
