Move certain notes up an octave

Hello

I was writing something for a bass guitar for a friend. It has a contant C1 at the lower end but I realized he doesn't have a 5str like me. I wanna move all of the C1's up an octave but keep all of the other notes the same. Is there any way to do this without manually selecting all of them? Thanks
