What you want it to look is perfectly doable In MuseScore, but apparently not what capella import does for you automatically. Can you attach the capella file?

Jetzt für dich. Perfekt machbar ist hier gar nichts. Schau dir die Tatsaturkürzel in der Galerie von capella an. Dann schreibe so einen ausführlichen Fingersatz mit musescore und dann mit Tastaturkürzel in capella.
Wenn Du so was professionel - also in rauhen Mengen machst - dann ist das in musescore eine Tortur.
Du darfst Machbarkeit nicht von deinem laienhaften Standpunkt sehen, wo man das mal hie und da macht.
No need to get personal, offensive and German. Also you are mixing different things here, bad capella import and an input method you don't like and which might not be optimal.
Have you tried importing caps? Or MusicXML?
Sorry, ich habe schon ein paar Posts von dir gelesen und deswegen bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass Du keine professionelle Ausbildung hast. Was ich nicht weiter schlimm finde, aber was Du als Laie noch akzeptabel findest ist, in Daueranwendng nicht mehr akzeptabel.
Sollte einer meiner Kollegen mich fragen, ob er von capella nach musescore wechseln soll, heißt die Antwort Nein. Fingersätze gehen kaputt und das zu reparieren ist eine Tortur. Die Dinge gehören deswegen zusammen.
Ich habe mehrere professionelle Ausbildungen, aber in der Tat keine als Musiker. Die Bezeichnung 'laienhaft' mag daher zwar sachlich korrekt sein, hat aber eine deutliche Tendenz Richtung 'stümperhaft'...

I feel as though the problem lies more with Capella than MuseScore.
Capella only allows export as pdf, mp3, wav, midi or regular xml (despite it telling you it's a MusicXML, the file extension is still .xml). None of these formats are particularly effective at maintaining score layout, and I suspect importing these files into other notation software such as sibelius would produce similar results.
