Have you taken a look here: https://musescore.org/en/node/96811 ?
If that doesn't help, we would need more information in order to help. What doesn't work, specifically? It does not appear at all? You press a button and it doesn't do what you expect? If so, which button? What about the regular Play button or space bar? If it is that the score does not play, do you at least get sound when entering notes?
