MIDI input problem startup

Every time I plug in a MIDI controller and start MuseScore thereafter, the program doesn't recognize the note inputs. When we close the program and open it again, the MIDI input works correctly. Seems that this is a but that occurs only in the first attempt to run the program after plugging in a MIDI controller. Version: MuseScore 2.02 stable; Windows 7 Professional; ASUS netbook S200E.
