Nope.
Possible only with a plugin (https://musescore.org/en/project/duration-editor) and only with MuseScore Version 3 (to date)

Ah, you do not want overlapping notes of different duration but want to move everything to make space? Until an updated Plugin is available...
Make sure there is some empty space at the end of the score
Select the note after the one whose duration you are going to change
[Ctrl] [Shift] [End] to select all of the following notes
[Ctrl] X to cut them
Move the cursor further on in the score
[Ctrl] V to paste the cut selection at a the place
Change the Duration of your first note
Better to try to get the duration correct first time, though as copying and pasting has some limitations.
