You can write music for these instruments using either method. The default is to treat them as not transposing but instead using the octave clef, consistent with how much modern music is published. But if you prefer to see them treated as transposing instruments and therefore using the standard clefs, simply change set the Play Transposition to 0 in Staff Properties and then change the clef.
