Looking on ideas for a transition

I'm currently composing a duet for a Contrabass and Cello, and it is has a classical groove that changes to a sort of triplet groove later in the song. Then, that triplet part is played in pizz., and I wondering on how to classically transition back to the sort of style played in the beginning. Any pointers? (I'll get more specific if prompted)
